RETURN POLICY
You may return a new item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the item is not been damaged. If we sent you the incorrect item or one that is defective, we will pay the return shipping of the old item and the new one as long as you contact us within 10 days after the item is received at Support@iProductsUS.com or call M-F 9 am – 6 pm PMT at 949.229.7200
Dissatisfied with your order, please contact within 30 days of receiving your order at Support@iProductsUS.com so that we know the item is on its way. Then ship it to iProductsUS, 7048 Terrapin Way, Eastvale CA 92880 USA and include the invoice number and reason for return. We will then refund you a full refund once we have received the item in 3 business days back to you provided the product is like new and returned with all the items.
Returned with missing items or not like new: We will not return or refund money if the product is not new and all the items are in the package unless it was defective upon receiving it.
Lost Shipments: We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost items due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment. However, if you do not receive your shipment, and used your correct address, we will send you a new one at our cost.
Custom Engraved or Personalized Phone Cases: Since we confirm all proofs artwork, names, or initials before we send them out to our customers, we do not offer refunds unless they arrive defective or broken during shipping. Email us at Support@iProductsUS.com and so we can send you a new one within 2 working days at our expense. Unfortunately, we do not refund for any reason once the product is shipped if it is personalized with your name, initials, or artwork.
